This diet excludes meat products, meat, joints, bone broths, milk and dairy products, cheese, eggs and bread, and “cooking” may not exceed 42 degrees.
Teas are steeped at temperatures up to 42 degrees and are unsweetened.
Living food is bursting with flavour and, above all, enzymes and minerals. In the sanctuary everyone feels the need to eat less than usual. The heightened sense of taste is very sensitive to heavily spiced food.
RAW living vegan food is usually delivered once a day by arrangement.
