Several shepherd’s huts in a meadow between a forest and a stream near the village of Hodonín u Kunštátu in the Blansko district, on the border with the Vysočina region. The operators‘ house stands about 40 metres from the nearest hut. The huts are insulated and heated all year round, and have a shower with hot water, a separate bedroom and water from their own well.
The retreat is offered in two variants: with Daniel Sotolář, who accompanies guests quietly without intervening and whose accompaniment is given for a voluntary donation, or with therapeutic guidance from the physician MUDr. Natália Blanárová, which is paid separately per half hour. Meals are raw, vegan or vegetarian as you choose, fasting is also possible, and food is brought once a day. Before the retreat there is an introductory conversation and you sign a declaration of honour; the website describes in detail who the retreat is not suitable for. Couples‘ retreats are also possible.

The type of diet must be reported no later than 3 days before arrival; it can be changed during the stay.
Food for the whole day is brought once a day in the morning in food carriers, with a thermos of herbal tea.
Partial fasting is also possible; the price is then reduced by 150 CZK per day.
Sweets are not served; you can bring your own.

The recommended minimum is 3 nights; the usual length is 3 to 10 days.

Deposit and payment
50% on booking
The booking is binding once a deposit of 50% of the price has been paid.
The balance is due no later than 7 days before the start of the stay, by bank transfer.
If the balance is not paid, the operator may cancel the booking.
Gift vouchers are non-refundable.
Cancellation
Cancellation more than 30 days in advance: the full deposit is refunded.
Cancellation 15–30 days in advance: 50% of the deposit is refunded.
Cancellation less than 15 days in advance: the deposit is not refunded.
Cancellation a week before the stay: nothing of the full price paid is refunded unless you find a replacement.
Early departure: no refund; the remaining days are forfeited.
If the operator cancels the stay, everything including the deposit is refunded.
Health restrictions
Only for adults with full legal capacity who are mentally healthy; no mental illness or psychiatric care, now or in the past.
Not suitable for people with a fear of the dark or of enclosed spaces, or with dependence on alcohol, drugs or psychiatric medication.
Not suitable for people with eating difficulties or an infectious disease, or in a high-risk pregnancy or after the 3rd month of pregnancy.
The website does not recommend a stay during an acute life crisis (break-up, death of a loved one, severe stress, anxiety, panic attacks).
Health problems must be reported; the operator may refuse the stay.
Other conditions
Before the stay: a short introductory conversation, an intake interview and signing a declaration of honour (waiver).
No cigarettes, alcohol, drugs, or chemical shampoos and soaps; a breach may lead to the stay being ended without refund.
It is recommended to keep your phone and electronics switched off; in an emergency, your family can call the operator.
Bring: comfortable clothes, 1–2 towels, toiletries, a blanket or sleeping bag.
