Here the dark retreat is not a stand-alone facility but one of the treatments offered by the Čeladná Rehabilitation Centre in the Beskydy Mountains. It takes place in the separate Mátma villa on the centre’s grounds, next to the treatment building, and is always for one client. The villa is soundproofed and has its own bathroom and exercise equipment.

The approach is more medical than at most other places: the stay begins with an initial examination, the menu is planned individually and there is a round-the-clock medical service on site. The therapy is led by PhDr. Andrew Alois Urbiš, who has many years of personal experience with dark retreats, visits the client during the therapy and reviews the experience with them at the end.
