Vaulted Erdraum in the Buddha-Haus

An underground single-occupancy room in the Buddha-Haus opposite the monastery, surrounded by earth on all sides. The clay vault brings a special silence and natural soundproofing, and the decor refers to the monastic tradition; the room has its own entrance. The main space is about 14 m², plus a private bathroom with shower and an anteroom for meals; furnishings as in the monastery (bed, wardrobe, armchair, carpet, meditation cushion and floor stool), mechanical ventilation.
