A newly built small flat in an extension of the family house, for one guest. It is completely blacked out, well insulated and has triple glazing. Clay plaster and wall heating keep a good indoor climate, a ventilation system supplies fresh air and in summer it stays pleasantly cool inside. The flat consists of a living area with a kitchenette for breakfast, a bedroom and a private bathroom with a warm shower. Food is handed in through a pass-through hatch; there is a hot water dispenser and an emergency bell.
