Tma Semily is a family-run facility of the Bokotej couple in Nedvězí near Slaná, not far from Semily in the foothills of the Giant Mountains. In the garden next to their house there are two separate windowless cabins: a smaller one for individuals and a larger one for couples. Both have a bathroom with a shower and flush toilet, infrared heating panels, heat-recovery ventilation and air conditioning, which can also be operated in the dark.
Once a day the hosts bring a home-made vegetarian or vegan soup and main course; fruit and muesli are always available. Guests choose the level of guidance themselves, from food delivery only to conversation, breathing exercises or meditation, and can change it during the stay. Nobody locks the guest in; switching off the light and handing over the mobile phone are voluntary. The facility also caters for stays for two, including a parent with a small child; a sauna can be used before the stay.

Early departure: nothing is refunded, not even a pro rata part
Health restrictions
Stay only for adults with full legal capacity
Excluded with mental illness (the website names claustrophobia, schizophrenia, manic depression); after a past illness a doctor's certificate is required
Excluded with an illness or medication that prevents the stay
Narcotic and psychotropic substances are prohibited before, during and immediately after the stay
Other conditions
Early departure: the stay can be ended at any time; neither the money nor a pro rata part is refunded.
Smoking in the cabin, alcohol, drugs, damaging equipment or violence end the stay without compensation

Entry into the darkness usually around 6 pm, departure at daybreak with breakfast
